Hosting and security
We use Cloudflare Workers, a U.S.-based service, to deliver and protect this website. In handling a request, Cloudflare may process your IP address, requested URL, browser and device details, routing and system information, and security events. It uses this information to route requests, maintain its network, and protect against abuse. Depending on the Cloudflare services and settings in use, some request or security information may be available to NPL through Cloudflare’s service tools.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and applicable service terms describe its handling, retention, and safeguards for international processing. Retention of Cloudflare request and security records depends on the services, settings, and terms that apply.
Cookies
NPL does not set its own cookies on this public website and does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Depending on the Cloudflare security features enabled for the site, Cloudflare may set cookies needed for bot management, rate limiting, or security challenges. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation for details. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking a necessary security cookie may affect access.
